Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nbaja ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the nbaja website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the nbaja platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all users of the nbaja platform regardless of the device used (desktop, mobile browser, or any other internet-enabled device), the game type accessed (sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, or any other product), or the payment method used. They supplement and incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nbaja.

The platform is presented in the English language and uses Bangladeshi Taka (৳) as its primary account currency. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access betting markets, casino games, or any real-money feature on the nbaja platform, you must first register a player account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. nbaja operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds held pending investigation.
• Residency: You must be accessing the nbaja platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to the individual player. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in gambling activities.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion scheme or voluntary exclusion list at the time of registration. If you have previously self-excluded from nbaja, you must not create a new account without completing the formal reinstatement process via support.
• Single account: Each individual is permitted one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, nbaja will require you to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and, in some cases, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). nbaja may also request proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents are reviewed within one to three business days. You may not withdraw funds until KYC is successfully completed. nbaja reserves the right to request updated KYC documents at any time during the life of your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

nbaja accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. nbaja does not accept credit card payments, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments made via third-party digital wallets not listed above.

All transactions on the nbaja platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change and the cashier page reflects the current applicable limits at all times.

• Deposit processing time: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your nbaja account balance instantly in the majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard interbank processing timelines of one to three business days.
• Withdrawal fees: nbaja does not charge internal fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) may apply their own standard transaction fees, for which nbaja accepts no responsibility.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. For example, if your last deposit was via bKash, your withdrawal must be directed to the same bKash number. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• KYC prerequisite: No withdrawal will be processed for an account that has not completed identity verification. KYC must be approved before the first withdrawal request is submitted.
• Pending withdrawal review: nbaja reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. Where a review is initiated, the player will be notified within 24 hours.

Section 4

Bonus & Promotions Policy

nbaja offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing registered players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, enhanced odds on cricket and sports events, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each bonus or promotion is governed first by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page, and secondly by the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses — unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" — are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be staked before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not count at all. The contribution rates for each game category are listed on the promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress expire after the period stated on the promotion page, which is typically 7 or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bet size restrictions: While a bonus is active, maximum individual bet and stake limits apply. Placing a single bet that exceeds the stated maximum stake limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided, at nbaja's discretion.
• Bonus abuse: nbaja monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering without genuine play risk, use of multiple accounts to claim single-entitlement bonuses more than once, and collusion between accounts. Where abuse is identified, nbaja reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion specifically states that it is combinable with other offers, only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Attempting to claim overlapping bonuses not intended to be combined may result in one or both bonuses being cancelled.

nbaja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while players have active bonus balances in progress, nbaja will honour the bonus balance and wagering progress already accrued at the time of withdrawal. New claims will not be accepted for a suspended promotion from the date of suspension onwards.

Section 5

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the nbaja platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in good faith at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to your use of nbaja without exception.

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate personal information at registration and keep your account details updated at all times.
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify nbaja promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform for personal recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in relation to online betting and gambling as they apply to your individual circumstances.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name. You must not use another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account to fund your nbaja account.
• Engage with nbaja's responsible gaming tools promptly and honestly if gambling is causing you or someone connected to you financial, emotional, or social harm.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Operate multiple accounts — opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered nbaja account is strictly forbidden.
• Engage in match-fixing or manipulation — placing bets on any event you have sought to influence, or sharing information with others for the purpose of betting advantage, is a serious violation and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Use automated software or bots — deploying any script, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, or automation tool to interact with the nbaja platform is prohibited.
• Exploit technical errors — deliberately exploiting a software bug, display error, odds error, or system malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated from a known or identifiable system error are void.
• Engage in money laundering — using the nbaja platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds of illegal origin. nbaja cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may freeze accounts and report activity where money laundering is suspected.
• Harass or threaten staff — abusive, threatening, or offensive communication directed at any nbaja staff member via live chat, email, or any other channel is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Reverse transactions fraudulently — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider for a transaction you knowingly authorised on the nbaja platform constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

Section 6

Account Suspension & Closure

nbaja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.
• Request by the player to self-exclude or permanently close the account.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account closure or fund freeze.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits and withdrawals are placed on hold for the duration of the investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, all holds are lifted and normal account access is restored. Where a breach is confirmed, any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. nbaja will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player via their registered email address.

Voluntary account closure: You may request to close your nbaja account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon verified request, your account will be closed within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method following a final KYC check. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened upon request unless a self-exclusion has been applied.

Inactive accounts: An account that has not been accessed for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. nbaja will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered email address before reclassifying an account. Inactive account balances may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee as stated in the Fee Schedule published on the platform. Reactivation is possible upon identity verification.

Section 7

Limitation of Liability

The nbaja platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nbaja makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, security, and accuracy of odds and game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

• Service interruptions: nbaja shall not be liable for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from planned maintenance downtime, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures (such as internet service provider disruptions or mobile network congestion in Bangladesh), or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or civil unrest.
• Odds and market errors: In the event that a sporting event result is entered incorrectly, an odds feed malfunctions, or a market is settled in error, nbaja reserves the right to void affected bets and re-settle them at the correct odds or result. No compensation is payable for bets voided due to a genuine system or data error.
• Third-party game providers: Games in the nbaja casino and slots library are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. nbaja is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or defects originating within third-party game software. Where a game malfunction voids a round, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Financial losses from gambling: Gambling carries inherent financial risk. nbaja accepts no liability for any losses incurred by players as a result of gambling activity on the platform. Amendments & Governing Law

nbaja reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments are effective immediately upon publication on this page unless a future effective date is stated explicitly. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, nbaja will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via your registered contact details. It remains your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the nbaja platform and close your account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect as permitted by law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nbaja with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

Complaints & Disputes: In the first instance, all complaints should be directed to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence (such as transaction IDs, screenshots, or bet references). nbaja aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the standard support channel, nbaja will provide details of the escalation pathway applicable at that time.
